How fast are the alerts?
Tweets from accounts you monitor reach your channels in under 2 seconds. Keyword alerts arrive in under 15 seconds. We watch accounts with our own monitoring infrastructure instead of relying on X's push notifications, which are often delayed or skipped.
How reliable is it?
We publish a 99.9% delivery rate for detected tweets. Every monitored account is watched by redundant infrastructure, and failed deliveries are retried automatically.
Where can alerts be delivered?
To Discord (through a channel webhook), Telegram (a group, channel or chat with our bot) and your own HTTPS webhook. Every public plan includes Discord, Telegram and at least one webhook.
What counts as a monitor or a keyword?
Each X account you watch is one monitor, no matter how many channels it sends to. Keyword allowances count individual keywords: a keyword monitor tracking “$BTC” and “bitcoin” uses two.
Can I monitor private accounts?
No. Only public X accounts can be monitored, because private tweets are only visible to approved followers.
Do you accept crypto?
Yes. You can pay with BTC, ETH, USDT and many other coins through NOWPayments. Crypto plans are paid one month at a time and renewed manually; we email you before your plan expires.
What if I need more monitors?
Upgrade anytime from the dashboard and the new limits apply immediately. Public plans go up to 220 monitored accounts; for more, contact us for a custom plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Card plans can be canceled anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Crypto plans simply end when you don't renew.
