Welcome to TweetNotify. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

TweetNotify is a Twitter monitoring service that detects new tweets from public Twitter accounts and delivers notifications to your preferred channels (Discord, Telegram, or webhooks). Our service monitors publicly available Twitter data and does not access private accounts or protected tweets.

Account Terms

To use TweetNotify, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TweetNotify for:

  • Any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
  • Harassment, stalking, or monitoring individuals without legitimate purpose
  • Reselling or redistributing our service without authorization
  • Attempting to circumvent service limitations or abuse our infrastructure
  • Automated access or scraping beyond intended service use
  • Any activity that violates Twitter's Terms of Service

Payment Terms

Subscriptions

TweetNotify offers subscription-based pricing. Card payments through Stripe are billed automatically on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments are processed as one-time payments that grant access for one billing period. Crypto subscriptions must be manually renewed before expiration to maintain continuous service.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused service. Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions. If you have concerns about your payment, please contact us at support@tweetnotify.com.

Service Limitations

  • We can only monitor public Twitter accounts; private/protected accounts are not supported
  • Notification delivery is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on third-party platforms (Discord, Telegram)
  • Tweet detection latency may vary based on Twitter's availability and rate limits
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime and may have scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
  • Service features and pricing may change with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

TweetNotify and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the service. The tweets and content we monitor belong to their respective authors on Twitter.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TWEETNOTIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activity we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU law, including the GDPR for data protection matters.
